Tiger Lily
A small plant that helps heal aching joints, it's usually used for the elders but it will sometimes be used on an older adult. It's found in two places: cold places and by the rivers and lakes
Goldclover
Rather tasty, this herb is chewed up into a pulp and spit out for the sick wolf to lap up. It helps cure stomach aches. Goldclover is always easily recognizable by it's beautiful golden petals shaped like clovers. It can be found in open fields.
Peacebloom
A fairly small herb that has white petals and light green leaves. The leaves are chewed up and spit onto wounds to prevent infection and stop swelling. The flowers do not have any use. Some female wolves may take the flower and place it behind their ear. It's found through out the whole forest below.
Silverleaf
This herb is tall and large, taller than a pup. It's practically a bush but the flowers on the bush are used as a remedy to fevers, it can cool down the body. Silverleaf is usually found by trees and in cold areas.
Bloodthistle
A gradually small herb. It tastes horrible which causes a wolf to throw up. It's used to get rid of poison inside of the angel. Bloodthistle is found near the sacred area for the tribe. It's rather rare and precious to a shaman.
Stranglekelp
An herb that is found underwater, usually in the sea that surrounds the island of the Ice Runners. Healers usually despise fetching this plant but it is a great remedy for healing broken bones. The injured wolf eats it up and the pain will slowly die away on the broken limb allowing the healer or shaman to work faster in getting it healed while the Stranglekelp is already helping it heal.
Kingsblood
The liquid inside the leaves can be used to cure skin problems and burns. Kingsblood can be found in varios flat locations with few trees.
Purple Lotus
The leaves are chewed by a wolf with a toothache to reduce pain, prevent swelling, infection and to aid in stopping complications. Found throughout the isle of the Ice Runners.
Felweed
A rare plant found in the driest spots on the isle, and is never found in cold places. It has various uses. The stem is chewed and spit onto bites of any kind to stop infection and swelling and eases the pain. The liquid the leaves hold can be squeezed and dropped onto a wound to prevent it from opening up again once it's been treated and stop bleeding. The leaves can be consumed to help a wolf sleep without feeling as much pain as before. This is a precious plant and shamans and healers are always eager to have more of it.
Sorrowmoss
Usually found near water the large, moss-like leaves of this herb is pressed into wounds and wrapped around them to stop bleeding. The leaves are 'damp', not like any other leaves. The petals can be chewed by the shaman and spit into the wound or be eaten by the wounded wolf to stave off the effects of a poisonous bite. Found on the shore of a water source.
Bruiseweed
Despite the name this herb is very helpful. The petals are consumed to bring strength back to the wolf and stop the pain. The stems hold a liquid that is dripped down the throat of a wolf with soothe the pain in it. Good for smoke inhalation. Found by bushes and other plants.
Fadeleaf
This can be chewed on swallowed to relieve chills of a wolf. It's found commonly by water but can also be found by trees.
Liferoot
The flowers that grow on the root can be be eaten to stop aching anywhere in the body. Inhaling the scent of the flower can calm a wolf. The root's skin can be peeled off and chewed up into a pulp to be eaten by a wolf that has a continuous cough. The liquid in the flowers are usually squeezed out before the wolf with the aches eats it, because the liquid is used to drip into the eyes of a wolf to clear blurriness of vision. Also dripped onto itches, such of a flea bite, to soothe it. Found by trees and in slightly cold places.
Sungrass
Can be chewed up and spit onto a tick or flea to kill it. The taste is vulgar but experienced healers and shamans get used to it. Found in open areas.
Briarthorn
Briarthorn can be used to cure fatal coughs, very precious in the shaman's and healer's view. They peel off the smooth part of the root and chew it into a pulp for the ill wolf to lap up. It's found by few trees on the isle and must be used wisely.
Black Lotus
Deathly poisonous. Shamans will often destroy a stock is they find one out while collecting herbs, because it is most common naughty pups will eat them and die. The pup is lucky is the Healer or Shaman can make it throw up the poison.
